Addressing the SDGs through Business

In 2015, the United Nations Summit adopted the "2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to Transform Our World" in order to solve global issues, and formulated the Sustainable Development Goals, which consist of 17 goals and 169 targets, including eradicating poverty, inequality, and injustice, protecting the global environment, and creating an economy and livable cities where everyone can work.

DOMMYS Co., Ltd. will continue to work towards the achievement of the SDGs through our business activities.


SDGs Initiatives in Tofu Noodle and Tofu Cup Noodle

We will support people's healthy eating habits by providing tofu noodles and tofu cup noodles with high nutrients at affordable prices.

We disclose information through food labels, such as non-genetically modified, Halal certified, and food allergies. We ensure the safety of products in production and distribution, and reduce food loss.

A recirculating aquaculture system in the aquaculture industry provides an environment where aquaculture production can be safely controlled and tracked on land. Sugarcane straws and coffee straws do not contain any PE or PP, so they are odorless and produce no harmful substances when burned after use and they naturally decompose and can be returned to the soil, when buried in the soil.

By using sugar cane straws and coffee straws, we aim to reduce the use of plastic straws and thus reduce ocean plastic.

Sugarcane straws and coffee straws are made from food residues and PLA (polylactic acid), which are biodegradable and 100% natural, contributing to the maintenance and conservation of biodiversity without affecting soil and water quality.
